1. General Conditions

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree not to use them for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or violate any applicable laws, including copyright laws.

You must not transmit any viruses, malware, or destructive code. Any breach of these terms may result in termination of your access to our services.

2. Use of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of our products or services without permission.

Your information (excluding payment details) may be transferred over various networks. All payment information is encrypted during transmission.

3. Pricing and Service Changes

Prices are subject to change without notice.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability.

4. Products

We aim to display our products as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will display colors exactly.

Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time.

We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders at our discretion.

5. Account Information

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information for all purchases and to update it as needed so we can complete your transactions.

 

WoodlandPlus Elite, Terms of Service

These Terms govern the WoodlandPlus Elite plan provided by Woodland Presets, 12667363 Canada Inc. (“Woodland,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using WoodlandPlus Elite, you agree to these Terms and to the Woodland site Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1) What you are buying

  • One-time purchase, lifetime access. You pay once, you keep access for the lifetime of your account and the Woodland service.

  • Instant access today. You can download the entire current library of preset packs and AI toolkits, current stand-alone value approximately $2,500.

  • Unlimited points unlocked. Your Elite account shows unlimited points, so you can pull any packs, any time, subject to fair-use protections.

  • All future releases included forever. You receive every new preset pack and editing toolkit we release, approximately 30 or more packs per year, as long as the Woodland service operates.

  • Elite Custom Package. You receive a custom service window of 12 months to redeem four custom 10-preset packs, designed by Woodland, with cover design and before and after images included. Custom packs are exclusive to you and include full resale rights, see section 7.

2) Definitions

“Service” means the Woodland site, the WoodlandPlus Hub, and the content delivery systems.
“Library” means all Woodland preset packs and toolkits that exist today or release in the future, excluding your Custom Packs.
“Custom Packs” means the four custom 10-preset packs produced for you under the Elite Custom Package.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of your account and the lifetime of the Woodland service.

3) Access, accounts, and transfer

  • Elite is tied to a single Woodland account, personal or business.

  • You may not share, rent, or resell access to your account or to the Library.

  • Transfer of an Elite account requires our written consent.

4) Fair-use protections for “unlimited”

To protect service quality for all customers, we may apply automated throttles or request verification in cases of suspected abuse, for example credential sharing, scripted scraping, or unusually high download velocity. We may pause access to investigate, and we will restore access once the matter is resolved.

5) Delivery and availability

  • Delivery is digital through the WoodlandPlus Hub.

  • We use reasonable efforts to keep the Service available. Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, upgrades, or events beyond our control.

6) Future releases

Elite includes all future Woodland preset packs and editing toolkits that we release to the Library during the lifetime of the Service. If we discontinue the Service in whole, we will give reasonable advance notice and instructions to download any content you are entitled to at that time.

7) Custom Packs, scope and ownership

What you receive. Four custom packs, each with ten presets, created within a 12-month service window that starts on your Elite purchase date. We include a cover design and before and after images for presentation.
Your obligations. Provide either RAW files or a written creative brief. Respond to review requests in a timely manner.
Process. Unless we agree otherwise, each pack includes one concept round and one revision round. Minor technical fixes do not count as a revision.
IP ownership. Upon final payment and delivery, Woodland assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the Custom Packs and the included presentation assets, excluding Woodland’s background IP, tools, and general know-how. Woodland retains the right to use generalized methods and techniques in future work.
Exclusivity and resale. Custom Packs are exclusive to you. We will not sell or distribute your Custom Packs. You have full resale rights to your Custom Packs. This exclusivity and resale right does not extend to the Library or any future releases created for the Library.
Redemption window. You must initiate all four Custom Packs within 12 months of purchase. Unused portions expire after the window closes.

8) License to the Library

For the Library, Woodland grants you a non-transferable license to download, install, and use the presets for your personal and commercial projects, including client work, with no seat limits inside your organization. You may not resell, give away, or redistribute the Library files, code, or derivative presets as products. You may deliver edited images and videos to your clients without restriction.

9) Pricing, taxes, and refunds

  • Price. Elite is a one-time purchase at $1,499 USD unless a different price is shown at checkout. Taxes are added where required.

  • All sales final. Due to the nature of digital goods and custom services, Elite purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law. If a chargeback occurs, Woodland may suspend or terminate access.

  • Currency. Charges are collected in the currency shown at checkout.

10) Support

Email support is included for installation and standard use. We will make reasonable efforts to respond within normal business hours, Monday to Friday.

11) Acceptable use

You will not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source structures from our files beyond normal preset editing. You will not use bots to mass download files or attempt to bypass rate limits.

12) Term, suspension, and termination

These Terms apply from your purchase date. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, including credential sharing or redistribution of the Library. Upon termination for cause, your license to the Library ends. Your ownership of delivered Custom Packs remains.

13) Warranties and disclaimers

Presets are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee a specific creative outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Woodland is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim related to Elite will not exceed the amount you paid for Elite.

15) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.

16) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada. The courts located in Drummondville, Québec have exclusive jurisdiction.
